KC Parcel

KC Parcel has been designed and created in association with ParcelForce and is fully integrated with the Sales Ledger and Sales Order Processing (SOP). Both businesses and customers will benefit from the many features available, including storage of your customers’ ParcelForce details and required services.

KC Parcel automatically generates an FTP script and batch file to aid in the transmission of your manifest, which can be viewed and reprinted at any time. Proof of Delivery (POD) tracking information can also be imported and accessed from the original order.

The main benefit of this module is the automatic printing process of the required label(s) and the creation of a manifest file to send to ParcelForce via Electronic Data Transfer. When producing a delivery note in your accounts package from standard SOP, users may select the desired ParcelForce delivery service from the drop down list.
