KC DMS

KC DMS is a document management module that allows users to easily organise and index both scanned paper documents and electronically produced documents. SQL based for speed and reliability, KC DMS will let you replace your paper mountain with a simple database, and simple search facilities mean you will always be able to find that important document.

Scanned Documentation

Using any TWAIN based scanner, users can store and index Delivery Notes, Orders, Invoices etc. and save them against the relevant record in your accounts package. Documents can be scanned individually or by batch if required.

Electronic Documentation

Electronic files from Word and Excel to PDF documents can also be saved against Opera II records allowing you to store pictures, drawings or specifications just where you need them.

Any stored records can be accessed from Opera II or can be viewed through the KC DMS search facility for non-Opera users.
